Quality of supply is strictly controlled at every step of the production process, starting from the import level, during the casting process, and after the final parts are completed.

Quality Assurance

All our machine operations, moulds, jigs & tools calibrations are in line with the inspection guidelines of the Standard Operating Procedures of Honda of Japan.

Our rejection rates of part manufactured is closely monitored at each step of the manufacturing process. With the support of our Honda partners, our rejection rate has been brought down to 0.27% in 2019. Our ultimate goal is get to reach a rate of 0.10%.
